NEW: Counseling Department Students:
The Florida Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy and Mental Health Counseling has changed rule 64B-6.001, F.A.C. to add that new licensures (licensed for the first time on 12/10/09 or after) must complete a 2 hour course in Domestic Violence within 6 months of licensure. See below:

Within six (6) months of initial licensure and every third renewal thereafter, a licensee must complete a 2 hour continuing education course on Domestic Violence.
